NJ ManureLink provides a unique web-listing service for livestock farmers (manure generators) with composters and farmers looking to sustainably utilize this nutrient rich material. This service is designed to help livestock farmers, composters, and users connect with manure or compost availability. NJ ManureLink reserves the right to modify or not publish listings for the purpose of ensuring that listings are consistent with the intent and purpose of the program. The use of the website does not guarantee a match will occur or that if a match does occur that it will be successful.
Your information will only be used for NJ ManureLink related purposes. This may include providing you with notifications about NJ ManureLink related events or resources and providing your name and contact information via the listing service to other farmers and landowners interested in discussing a possible business arrangement with you.
When creating and managing your NJ ManureLink listing(s), you agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and the statements you make are made in good faith for the purposes of participating in NJ ManureLink. You agree it is your responsibility to keep your listing(s) up to date and to remove any listings that are no longer active.

Daniel’s Law Acknowledgement and Waiver
I understand that, when I use NJ ManureLink, I am creating a listing which may include personally identifiable information, including my home address, and that such information may appear on the NJ ManureLink website in connection with any listing that I post to the NJ ManureLink website. I further understand that NJ ManureLink is a searchable database on a website controlled by the New Jersey Department of Agriculture that can be accessed by members of the public.
Daniel’s Law, P.L. 2021, c. 371, prohibits disclosure of the home addresses of certain persons covered by the law (“Covered Persons”) on websites controlled by state, county and local government agencies. At present, the community of Covered Persons includes former, active and retired judicial officers, prosecutors and members of law enforcement and their immediate family members residing in the same household, who have asked to have their address information redacted from such government websites. To the extent that I am, or that I ever do become, a Covered Person under Daniel’s Law, I understand that any home address information that I include as part of my NJ ManureLink listing may be publicly available online, and I provide my written permission to have that information made publicly available on the NJ ManureLink website and disclaim, revoke and otherwise waive any request to have that information redacted from the NJ ManureLink website pursuant to my rights under Daniel’s Law. If, at some future time, I no longer wish to have my home address information appear on the NJ ManureLink website, I will remove that information from my NJ ManureLink listing or I will close my NJ ManureLink account.
Non-Discrimination Clause
All NJ ManureLink listings and transactions shall be conducted without discrimination because of race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, affectional or sexual orientation, familial status, disability, liability for service in the Armed Forces of the United States, nationality, sex, gender identity or expression or source of lawful income used for rental or mortgage payments, subject only to conditions and limitations applicable alike to all persons.
